"Enjoy our Wetlands" Guided Tour for the Communities

This guided service is designed for registered social services and charity organisations, non-profit organisations, or institutes which provide special education. Application should be made in advance. Guided tours will be lead by Wetland Interpreters or volunteers, covering topics include eco-building design, ecology of streams, wetland crops as well as wetlands organisms

Details of the 1-hour guided tours are as follows:

Please complete the application form and return to "Volunteer Unit" of Hong Kong Wetland Park (Fax no. 3152 2668) at least 2 weeks before the day of the tour. Limited places are available. Application will be processed on first-come-first-serve basis.

Notes:

  1. Booking should be within the period from the 2nd week to next 3 months since the submission of the application form.
  2. New application is required for any changes of the date and time of visit, the number of visitors and arrangement of the visit.
  3. Organisations are required to provide documentary proof for non-profit or charity nature (for example, letter issued by the Inland Revenue Department under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance).
  4. Hong Kong Wetland Park reserves the right to decide whether to approve an application. The approval of applications subjects to the applicant's compliance with the application criteria. If the applicant fails to observe this condition or any information provided by the applicant is found to be untrue, HKWP reserves the right to withdraw the approval.
  5. The applicant will receive the confirmation of application from HKWP through email or fax within 7 working days after the date of application.
